Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

Accessing, registering for, or using the Pak Hunar platform, website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Services") constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not register or use the Services.

2. Platform Overview & Core Principle — Completely Free for Customers

• •Pak Hunar is a neutral technology-enabled directory and connection platform only. It allows independent skilled workers ("Workers") to create free profiles showcasing their skills, experience, portfolios (photos/videos), and contact details, and permits individuals or businesses seeking services ("Customers") to browse, search, contact, and directly engage Workers.
• •The Services are provided entirely free of cost to all Customers. Pak Hunar charges zero fees, commissions, service charges, transaction fees, subscription fees, listing fees, or any other form of payment from Customers at any time, now or in the future. No hidden or indirect charges apply to Customers.
• •Pak Hunar does not act as employer, principal, agent, broker, payment processor, or guarantor for any Worker or transaction.
• •All service agreements, scope of work, pricing, timelines, payments, and performance occur exclusively and directly between Customers and Workers. Pak Hunar is not a party to any such arrangement.

3. User Eligibility & Obligations

• •You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority) and capable of entering binding contracts.
• •All information you submit (identity, skills, location, contacts, media) must be accurate, lawful, and up-to-date.
• •Customers must independently verify Worker identity, qualifications, references, and suitability before any engagement. Clear communication of requirements (via text, photos, videos, etc.) is recommended prior to any commitment.

4. No Verification, No Liability for User Conduct

• •We do not verify, audit, endorse, or guarantee the identity, skills, licensing, insurance, reliability, or legality of any User or User Content.
• •Profiles, reviews, messages, and media are User-generated and appear "as is".
• •Pak Hunar bears no responsibility for: quality, safety, legality, completion, or outcome of any services; fraud, misrepresentation, non-performance, non-payment, disputes, injury, loss, theft, or illegal acts by any User; any direct or indirect damages arising from User-to-User interactions.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• •THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• •WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
• •OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO ANY USER SHALL NOT EXCEED PKR 10,000 (TEN THOUSAND PAKISTANI RUPEES).
• •You use the Services entirely at your own risk.

6. Indemnity

You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pak Hunar, its officers, employees, and affiliates from all claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or any dispute with another User.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You shall not post illegal, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, or misleading content; impersonate others; spam; or interfere with platform operations.

8. Termination & Changes

We may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice. We may amend these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
