•Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and role selection (Customer or Worker).
•Profile Information (Workers): Job title, skills, service descriptions, portfolio photos, city, area, WhatsApp number, and pricing details.
•Authentication Data: We use Firebase Authentication, which may collect email, phone number, or social login tokens (Google, Facebook). Phone-based sign-up uses OTP verification via Firebase.
•Usage Data: We automatically collect device type, browser information, IP address, pages visited, and interaction patterns to improve our Services.
•Contact Logs: When a Customer reveals a Worker's phone or WhatsApp number, we log this event for privacy tracking purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

•To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
•To display Worker profiles and skills to Customers searching for services.
•To process and manage skill listings, plan subscriptions, and admin approvals.
•To send OTP codes for phone number verification.
•To communicate service updates, security alerts, and important notices.
•To monitor and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity on the platform.
•To improve our Services, fix bugs, and enhance user experience.

3. Information Sharing

•Worker Profiles: Worker information (name, skills, city, area, photos) is publicly visible. Phone and WhatsApp numbers are shown only after a Customer explicitly requests to reveal them.
•Service Providers: We use Firebase (Google Cloud) for authentication, database, and storage. Your data is processed according to Google's privacy policies.
•Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or the rights of others.
•We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Security

•All data transmission is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols.
•Firebase Authentication handles credential security with industry-standard practices.
•Profile images are compressed client-side before upload (max 1MB/1200px) and stored securely in Firebase Storage.
•Firestore security rules enforce role-based access control — Workers can only edit their own data, and admin actions are restricted to verified admin accounts.
•While we implement reasonable security measures, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

•We use a session cookie (sw_role) to manage authentication state and route protection.
•Session preferences are stored in localStorage for a consistent experience.
•Firebase may set its own cookies for authentication and analytics purposes.
•We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

•Access: You can view your profile information at any time through your dashboard.
•Update: You can modify your profile details, skills, and contact information.
•Delete: You can request account deletion by contacting us at pakhunars@gmail.com. We will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
•Withdraw Consent: You can stop using the platform at any time. For phone OTP, you can choose not to verify.
•Data Portability: You may request a copy of your personal data in a standard format.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

8. Third-Party Services

•Google Firebase: Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Storage (governed by Google's Privacy Policy).
•Google reCAPTCHA: Used to protect phone OTP verification from abuse (governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service).
